EXPERIENCE:
Bonjour, I am Camille,
I am from Laval in the Pays de Loire region and I’ve been teaching French for five years now. I’ve been in constant contact with other cultures and languages. In a way, I see learning a new language as opening up to another world. Teaching was something obvious for me, whether it was teaching a foreign language or French. Since I was 18, I’ve worked every year with children in summer camps, with the aim of helping them have a great summer through my activities. That’s where I got the idea of teaching in a dynamic and creative way, adapting to the student’s expectations. I began by getting a degree in Spanish, followed by a Master in Social Sciences. In parallel, I did a French course in teaching French in the University of Montpellier (DU FLE).
After graduating, I decided to travel around Latin America, passing through Colombia, Costa Rica and Guatemala, stopping in Brazil, where I lived for two years. So I’m passionate about travels! I currently live in Rennes, Brittany, not far from Mont-Saint-Michel, a magnificent place steeped in history. Brittany is one of my favourite regions because of its great cultural and historical heritage. I also like to spend time playing tennis and cello. I listen to a lot of music, so if you’d like some recommendations of old or/and new music, please don’t hesitate!
