Bonjour, my name is Angèle Martin, I’m 35 years old and I’m a French native. I’m from Auvergne, the countryside, surrounded by hills, a region with gorgeous summer sunsets.
After living in different parts of France, by the ocean, in the lovely south, I decided to travel to different countries: Germany, Spain, New Zealand, until arriving in Argentina, where I live now. Buenos Aires is where I established my Franco-Argentinian family.
All of those journeys woke me up and fed me with an incredible love for sharing with others, meeting other cultures and languages. These experiences triggered a strong motivation of becoming a teacher: I can put myself in the place of the learner, and propose learning French in a relaxed atmosphere to find the greatest enjoyment. I love teaching: being a creative and positive person gives me the capacity of being open to my student’s interests and needs. I’ve been teaching French to kids and adults for the last five years.
During the kids classes, I create a playful space where the student can be creative and become attracted to the language by songs, games and stories. With my adult students, I focus on having a pleasant time, a safe space for expressing themselves so that they can enjoy learning.
I also did my studies in a professional school of Drama and, therefore I also have a degree in Yoga teaching
Personally, I love biking, reading yoga literature, cooking healthy meals and spending time with my kids.
À bientôt!
