Recette de la tarte Alsacienne
Pour 4/6 personnes
Ingrédients:
Pâte brisée
- 200 gr de farine
- 100 gr de beurre
- 40 g de sucre
- 1 jaune d’œuf
- 20 cl d’eau
- Une pincée de sel
- 3 ou 4 pommes (selon la grosseur)
Crème alsacienne
- 2 oeufs
- 25 cl de crème fraîche
- 100 g de sucre en poudre
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
Préparation:
Pâte brisée
- Mettez la farine dans un grand bol, ajoutez le beurre en petits morceaux et mélangez avec les mains.
- Faites une fontaine (un trou) au milieu, ajoutez le jaune d’œuf, le sucre, le sel et l’eau.
- Mélangez en ajoutant la farine petit à petit et malaxez jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte bien lisse.
- Laissez reposer quelques minutes.
Tarte
- Etendez la pâte avec un rouleau et placez-la dans un moule à tarte.
- Pelez et coupez les pommes en tranches assez fines et disposez-les sur le fond de tarte.
- Préchauffez le four à 200°C (th 6-7).
- Dans un bol, mélangez le sucre et les œufs, le sucre vanillé, puis la crème fraîche. Versez ce mélange sur les pommes.
- Enfournez la tarte et faites cuire environ 30-40 mn.

French Apple Pie Recipe
For 6-8 persons
Ingredients:
Pie crust:
- 200 g of flour
- 10 g of butter
- 40 g of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 20 cl of water
- A pinch of salt
- 3 or 4 apples (depending on their size)
Crème alsacienne
- – 2 eggs
- 25 cl of sour cream (crème fraîche)
- 100 g of sugar
- – 1 small packet of vanilla sugar Ingrédients
Preparation:
Pie crust
- Put the flour in a large bowl, add the butter cut into very fine pieces and mix it together with your hands.
- Make a fountain (a hole) in the middle; add the egg yolk, the sugar, the salt and the water.
- Blend everything together by incorporating the flour/butter mixture little by little and knead it until the dough is smooth.
- Let it rest for a few minutes.
Pie
- Roll out the crust with a rolling pin and place it in a round pie tin.
- Peel and cut the apples into thin slices and distribute them on the crust in an even pattern.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, the eggs, the vanilla sugar and the sour cream. Pour this mixture over the apples.
- Bake the pie in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
